Rudy Chung is on the Netflix music creative team, helping oversee music for their original films.  Prior to that, he was a partner at HTGR where his music supervision credits included The Last Dance (ESPN/Netflix), Minari (A24), Bad Trip (MGM/Netflix), Coffee & Kareem (Netflix), Silicon Valley (HBO), Andre The Giant (HBO), and  Wu-Tang Clan: Of Mics And Men (Showtime). Rudy is also the founding partner of Pusher, an award-winning artist and composer agency that specializes in licensing and creating music for Film & TV marketing campaigns.  

A Detroit native, Rudy is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and is an instructor of the course Music Supervision for Film & Television at UCLA Extension.  He is a proud member of the Guild of Music Supervisors and a two-time GMS Awards Winner.

Tess Castro is a music supervisor and music executive working at Endeavor Content. Tess began her career interning for Julia Michels in 2015, which then lead to a full-time position as a Film/TV coordinator at Sony/ATV Music Publishing. She worked at Sony for three years, servicing clients such as MTV, VH1, DMG, EMG, Spotify, Snapchat, and various Film/TV music supervisors. In 2018, she returned to Format as Julia’s coordinator. While at Format, she worked on a number of different films, ranging from smaller independent films to big-budget features, most notably helping supervise The Old Guard, Unpregnant, Jingle Jangle, Charlie’s Angels, and The Starling. Tess most recently supervised the Netflix film The Royal Treatment and has been credited as a music consultant on two independent films called The Secret: Dare to Dream and Mighty Oak. She also supervised a few Infiniti car commercials. In 2021, she was brought on as a music executive at Endeavor Content. She is working on a wide variety of Film/TV shows with major studios and networks. A few upcoming projects are Wolf Like Me, Life and Beth, and Cha Cha Real Smooth.

Outside of working at Endeavor Content, she is also an active member of both the Guild of Music Supervisors and The Recording Academy.

Steven Gizicki is a Grammy-winning and Emmy-nominated Music Supervisor & Executive who is best known for his work on La La Land, which scored rare double wins in the Best Original Song and Original Score categories at both the Academy Awards and Golden Globes. Steven himself was awarded a Grammy for his work on the soundtrack album and two prizes from the Guild of Music Supervisors. While known primarily for his film work, Steven also music supervised the FX limited series Fosse/Verdon, for which he received an Emmy nomination. Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Netflix film tick…tick…BOOM! marked Steven’s second ambitious musical released last year, following Warner Bros.’ In The Heights. Gizicki is currently in production on Guillermo Del Toro’s stop-motion animated musical Pinocchio for Netflix with composer/songwriter Alexandre Desplat. In 2021 Steven joined the Netflix film music team, overseeing music for their original films with an emphasis on musicals and productions with significant on-camera music needs. Past projects include the films Teen Spirit, Arctic, Smallfoot, and Crazy Rich Asians as well as Perfect Harmony for FOX Television and oversight of music production for Hamilton: The Exhibition.

Steven has also spent numerous years as a studio music executive overseeing music at Lucasfilm under the direction of George Lucas himself, and as a Music Supervisor at Disney Animation. He began his music career as an executive at PolyGram and Virgin Records, where he worked closely with music icons David Bowie, Lenny Kravitz, and Sex Pistols.

Hunter George is a Los Angeles-based Executive Music Producer / Supervisor and the Executive Director of the Guild Of Music Supervisors since 2014. He has also previously worked alongside many top composers and Music Supervisors in music for media, is the founder of the entertainment brand Can1live, and has consulted on a number of different film/TV projects including Training Day, Knives Out, Shots Fired, & more.

He was inducted into the Recording Academy’s ‘Grammy Next’ Alumni Class of 2018. He is releasing a 17 song album release titled Routines.EMlX showcasing over 25 different artists. The album is an electronic adventure with heavy influences of Synth, Pop, Hip-Hop, Pop, & lo-fi. The project will release under Symphonic Distribution.
