With Special Guest Speaker
CELIA ROSE
Co-Founder of What Up Pitches Music
An opportunity to have your music reviewed by a sync licensing expert.
Deadline to submit is
Sunday, May 18th at 10am CST
This event will dive deep into sync licensing and answer questions about how to pitch music to a sync licensing agency in a professional way and how to do research so you know who’s looking for what type of music.
SCL members are invited to submit song(s) to a selected brief (see below) for live feedback at the event. Songwriters may submit up to three songs maximum by the deadline. Songwriters must be present at the event for their music to be reviewed.
Brief #1:
Modern Pop/R&B/Hip Hop/Gen Z TikTok sound in any of these themes:
- Upbeat Fun Themes/Scene Starters
- Dramatic Tense Themes
- Emotional World Falling Apart themes
- Uplifting, anthemic Feel Good Themes
Brief #2:
Powerful songs that start small and build into a crescendo by the end. They can lean positive or dark. We also love when the song returns to a peaceful moment at the very end.
Submit Here before May 18th.
