The SOCIETY OF COMPOSERS & LYRICISTS congratulates all the 2004 Primetime Emmy Award winners in the music categories. The awards were given out on Sunday, September 12, 2004. A champagne reception to honor all the Primetime Nominees was held on Thursday, September 9th., co-sponsored by the Society of Composers & Lyricists (SCL) and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS),
