Nicholas Britell Inducted into SCL Ambassador Program

On Tuesday, December 6th, Nicholas Britell was inducted into the SCL Ambassador Program at the annual SCL New York Holiday Party in a celebration that included a conversation with SCL NY Steering Committee member Ron Sadoff, video highlights from some of Britell’s most notable work in media music, and a performance by the composer himself.

The SCL Ambassador Program was created to recognize and acknowledge a select group of composers and lyricists without whose valuable contributions our profession would be less than it is, without whose creativity our artistic community would be lacking and without whose gift our society would be deprived of wonderful music and song expressed by their genius. Their achievements will be used as the ultimate standard for future generations of film composers and songwriters.
