SCL Joint Comments with SGA to US Copyright Office

The Society of Composers & Lyricists has joined with the Songwriters Guild of America to submit the following comments in response to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and Inquiry issued by the US Copyright Office concerning the Music Modernization Act transition period transfer and reporting of royalties to the Mechanical License Collective.
