Submit your mp3 to be heard live! If you are a songwriter, this event is a great place to network, meet potential collaborators, and possibly get your song placed with a music supervisor or music library. Some of our songwriters have developed a working relationship and been signed on to special projects with some of our panelists.

The SCL SongArts Committee will choose twelve songs believed to best fit what the panelists are seeking. Those selected will be announced on Tuesday, October 1st. If you have any questions, please contact the SongArts team at our Contact page.
If your song is not chosen, you are still welcome to attend, network ,and talk with the panelists, and we hope you will! The sessions are always informative and fun.
ABOUT OUR GUESTS
Stevi Daft-Blondelle joined Position Music in 2018 and has quickly mastered the Position Music catalog from the inside out. She uses her fine-tuned ear to create well-curated playlists in response to all our synchronization briefs that come in each day. Prior to Position Music, Stevi was a Music Coordinator at Lip Sync Music in Los Angeles. She has a true love for music and getting quality tunes the attention they deserve. She is seeking: blues rock, current indie rock, soul, mainstream pop, indie pop but is happy to listen to any genre.
Holly Williamson has more than 20 years of successful experience as a music supervisor, placing and producing music for award-winning motion picture advertising campaigns, promos, documentaries, commercials and television. She spent more than 4 years as Vice President of Music at Ignition, creating a successful business there that still exists today, and 13 years as the Music Supervisor at MOJO & Mob Scene. Her favorite projects include: A Quiet Place, The Hunger Games, 300, Watchmen, and trailers and various TV spots for all eight of the Harry Potter films. Also, TV commercials for BMW, Ford, and AT&T to name a few, and network promos for Netflix, HBO, Hulu, YouTube Red and Amazon. She helped with the upcoming drama Limetown for Facebook Watch and recently produced new music that finished in a montage on Grey’s Anatomy. Holly enjoys managing a team and excels at training and mentoring those in her department. She has experience in marketing, music clearance and licensing. Today, she’s a freelance Music Supervisor at MOON&SUN, a music library focused on creating music for Trailers, TV and Film in addition to providing music supervision services. She is a two-time Key Art Award winner and has been nominated five times for Best Music at the Golden Trailer Awards. She music supervised the documentary short Mighty Times: The Children’s March which won an Academy Award in 2004. In 2015, she supervised the film short Strangers that won the top award at the Santa Monica Film Festival. She is a member of the American Federation of Musicians and The Guild of Music Supervisors. She is seeking: all genres of music – pop, rock, neo-classical, hip hop – whatever.
