Hannah Parrott is an American composer, arranger, and vocalist. Born in Los Angeles, Parrott earned her B.M. in classical composition from Biola University’s Conservatory of Music. She went on to study under and work with notable composers James Horner, Thomas Newman, JAC Redford, Michael Boddicker, and Jacob Shea, as well as Grammy-nominated recording engineers Simon Rhodes and Chris James.

A rising force in the industry, Hannah most recently worked at Hans Zimmer’s esteemed Bleeding Fingers Music, partnering with TV networks such as Netflix, National Geographic, History Channel, the BBC, and Discovery Channel. Some of Hannah’s most notable work and involvement include such projects as Netflix’s ReMastered, National Geographic’s The Flood, Discovery Channel’s Alaskan Bush People, History Channel’s Frontiersmen and Mountain Men, BBC’s Planet Earth II and Blue Planet II, Disney Pixar’s Finding Dory, Sony’s The Magnificent Seven (2016), DreamWorks’ Bridge of Spies, and Warner Bros.’ The Hobbit: the Desolation of Smaug. Hannah also works extensively with independent filmmakers debuting work at prominent film festivals such as the Los Angeles Film Festival and the San Diego Comic-Con Independent International Film Festival.
