ECSA Publishes Educational Report on Buyouts

The European Composer & Songwriter Alliance (ECSA) has published a report describing what buyouts contracts are, their harmful impact on screen composers livelihoods (with results from a recent ECSA survey) and puts forward solutions to prevent them, in particular in the context of the implementation of the 2019 Copyright Directive.

The information also includes contributions from the SCL and SCL President Ashley Irwin.
