Giorgio Moroder Bestowed SCL Lifetime Achievement Award

On Wednesday, December 11th, 2024, legendary composer and producer Giorgio Moroder (Flashdance, Top Gun, Scarface) was awarded the 9th SCL Lifetime Achievement Award at the 35th SCL Holiday Dinner.

With introductions by Rock and Roll Hall of Fame songwriter/producer Jimmy Jam and SCL President Ashley Irwin, Moroder’s acceptance speech was followed by a DJ set and dancing to some of Moroder’s most iconic songs featured in films.
