SCL Co-Authors Comments to U.S. Copyright Office Regarding Performing Rights Organizations

The Society of Composers & Lyricists, along with Songwriters Guild of America and Music Creators North America, have issued comments to the U.S. Copyright Office pertaining to Performing Rights Organizations (PROs) from the perspective of music creators, including the overwhelming benefits of having multiple PROs and conflicts that arise from the influential financial domination of major music publishers over individual music creators.
