SCL Expresses Thanks to Representative Scott Fitzgerald for Supporting Improvements of Mechanical Licensing Collective

The Society of Composers & Lyricists, along with Songwriters Guild of America and Music Creators North America have written a letter of appreciation to Representative Scott Fitzgerald (R-WI) for stalwart efforts in seeking to protect the rights of music creators through the needed operational and structural improvements to the US Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC).
