SCL & SGA Comments to the DOJ Antitrust Division

In response to an invitation by Department of Justice to submit non-duplicative comments with respect to the Antitrust Consent Decree Review, yesterday the Society of Composers & Lyricists (SCL) joined the Songwriters Guild of America (SGA) in filing the statement below in support of the SCL’s initial comments submitted on August 9th 2019.

DOJ’s Antitrust Division is holding two days of workshops next week on July 28-29 from 9:30am-1pm PST. The workshops are free and open to the public and attendees are encouraged, but not required, to register in advance on Eventbrite.
