The SCL Joins U.S. Music Community in Response to India’s DPIIT

On Monday, October 4, a group of music organizations representing the overwhelming majority of U.S. songwriters, lyricists, composers, recording artists, record companies, music publishers, managers, and collecting societies submitted comments on the Review of the Intellectual Property Rights Regime in India prepared by the Department Related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Commerce on July 23, 2021.
