Brad Haehnel is a professional recording engineer based in Los Angeles, California known for his work with Mark Mothersbaugh, Mychael Danna, and John Powell. Getting his start in Toronto, Ontario at Manta Records, Brad has spent his career amassing credits ranging from Nelly Furtado’s early albums to feature films like the Academy Award winning Life of Pi and LEGO: The Movie. With over twenty five years of experience in the field, Brad has built his reputation on his unique style and meticulous work ethic. As the founder of Noise Alchemy Studio based in Hollywood, Brad spends his off time developing independent artists who focus on divergent acoustic sounds and folk aesthetics.
