This seminar will cover the basics of writing for an SATB choir. We will be covering range vs. tessitura, vowels matching dynamics, writing for vocals in a way that remains distinct from other parts of an orchestra, etc. Selected SCL members will have the chance to briefly workshop their pieces with direct feedback.
