
The 7th Annual SCL Awards®
The 7th Annual SCL Awards® were held on Friday, February 6th in Los Angeles, California. In addition to the winners of competitive categories, the ceremony also honored the filmmaker-composer team of Ludwig Göransson and Ryan Coogler with the Spirit of Collaboration Award, which featured live performances of music from Black Panther, Creed, and Sinners.
Hosted by The Bacon Brothers: Kevin Bacon and Michael Bacon, the 7th SCL Awards featured presentations by SCL President Ashley Irwin, Congresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove, and composers Daniel Hart, Stephanie Economou, Jeff Toyne, and Bill Conti. Musical performances by Melissa Manchester, The Bacon Brothers, the SAG-AFTRA Singers and an orchestra featuring LA’s finest musicians were highlights.
