Taura Stinson is a Birmingham-born, Oakland-raised, and LA-based Oscar, Golden Globe, and Emmy-nominated songwriter and composer. Her credits include Thelma the Unicorn, Rio 2, Carmen, Cruella, Beyond the Lights, and Blitz, with songs co-written alongside Nicholas Britell, Raphael Saadiq, and Brittany Howard, among others. She notably penned music for Men in Black, Mudbound, Don’t Look Up, and STEP, and has worked on various TV series, including Harlem, Reasonable Doubt, The L Word: Generation Q, and Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur, for which she wrote the theme song.
Christopher Young is a Golden Globe and two-time Emmy-nominated composer who has scored an impressive number of features in virtually every genre, all with strikingly original music. In 2020, the Young-scored film Sinister (Blumhouse), for director Scott Derrickson, was ranked as the scariest movie of all time. Most recently, Young has teamed up with the master of horror, Guillermo del Toro, on his Cabinet of Curiosities series for Netflix. Other notable credits include the spine-tingling Hellraiser, which showcased Young’s seminal upbringing in horror; the new-techno sound of Swordfish, displaying his versatility; the resonant, genuine Celtic sounds of The Shipping News, displaying his attention to detail; and the heart-pounding rhythms of Spider-Man 3, all of which are evidence of his willingness to experiment.
