In partnership with EA Music, The SCL presents Game Changers, a panel exploring the creation and curation of video game soundtracks. Featuring members of the music team from Battlefield 6, the conversation will look at how music shapes the player experience, builds emotion, and deepens immersion in today’s games. Panelists will share insights into the process, from early ideas and theme development to production, track selection, and integration into gameplay. They will also discuss how music choices can reach a wide audience, highlighting how the Battlefield 6 soundtrack includes Limp Bizkit to engage new fans while enhancing the overall game experience.
As games continue to evolve, so does the role of music in interactive storytelling. This discussion highlights the creativity and teamwork behind bringing virtual worlds to life through sound, offering a closer look at how modern game soundtracks are thoughtfully created and curated.
