In 1862, daredevil balloon pilot Amelia Wren (Felicity Jones) teams up with pioneering meteorologist James Glaisher (Eddie Redmayne) to advance human knowledge of the weather, and fly higher than anyone in history. While breaking records and furthering scientific discovery, their voyage to the very edge of existence helps the unlikely pair find their place in the world they have left far below them. But they face physical and emotional challenges in the thin air, as the ascent becomes a fight for survival.

Steven Price is an Oscar®-winning composer. In 2014, his groundbreaking score for Alfonso Cuarón’s Gravity garnered award wins in the “Best Original Score” category for the Academy Awards®, BAFTAs, Critics’ Choice Awards, and ASCAP’s first-ever “Film Composer of the Year” award. Other prominent projects include Edgar Wright’s Baby Driver and The World’s End, Warner Brothers’ blockbuster hit Suicide Squad, and the WWII epic Fury, written and directed by David Ayer, and starring Brad Pitt. Television credits include Believe, and The Hunt, a landmark natural history documentary series for which Price won his second BAFTA Award.

Current projects include The Aeronauts, Wonder Park, and Our Planet. For his work on Our Planet, Price received Primetime Emmy® nominations in the “Outstanding Music Composition for a Documentary” and in the “Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music” categories.
