Born in Barcelona, Spain, Ramón began his formal music education at the Conservatori del Liceu. After finishing his music studies, he moved to Los Angeles, and completed the Film Scoring program at UCLA Extension, earning the BMI/Jerry Goldsmith Scholarship. Soon after, he was hired to score two World War II TV series for The History Channel. Since then he has scored many shows for the Discovery Channel and National Geographic Channel. He has also composed six TV movies for HBO Family, and several indie movies. Ramón is currently scoring “Roswell: Mysteries Decoded” for the CW channel.
