Music Creators Requests Congressional Judiciary Committees Assist In Phonorecords IV Rate Settlement

Music Creators North America, with the Society of Composers & Lyricists and Songwriters Guild of America, submitted comments this week to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees explaining the current status of the Phonorecords IV Rate Settlement with the Copyright Royalty Board and ask for assistance to bring transparency to rulemaking.
