The SCL and Creators Coalition Send Strong Antitrust Messages to FTC and DOJ
The Society of Composers & Lyricists has today sent comments to Lina Khan, Chair of the Federal Trade Commission, and Jonathan Kanter, Assistant Attorney General, Department of Justice: Antitrust Division, regarding the state of the media music industry, including increased Works for Hire and the sustained lack of bargaining power available for music creators.
