The SCL Joins in Comments to US Copyright Office About Fees for Late Royalty Payments

The Society of Composers & Lyricists have joined with the Songwriters Guild of America and Music Creators North America in submitting comments to the US Copyright Office regarding fees for late royalty payments and the wealthy multi-national conglomerates working to avoid paying them.
